At Charlton Wood Primary Academy, we believe that we need to work closely with our families to ensure that our pupils are successful, this is encapsulated in our school vision, "Working together to grow confident, ambitious learners".
In order to make sure that our children are able to succeed, we have a strong, effective educational and pastoral universal offer for all of our pupils and their families. Sometimes, pupils and their families need additional support - our 'Early Help' offer sets out clearly the pathway to support that we use to offer support and guidance to prevent escalation of problems.
